Welcome To Training Time With Kristen. This site has been developed for you to provide general information about your fitness training program. You’ll find basic exercise and nutrition information, as well as specific instructions for proper use of selected equipment in both of our Fitness centers. Frequently asked questions are addressed via the FAQ link, or you can e-mail Kristen directly, with specific questions you may have.

Kristen Underwood is the YMCA’s Senior Wellness Director. Kristen brings an abundance of education and experience in the areas of health, nutrition and wellness to our YMCA.
