Fitness Center Orientations
Individualized instruction on the correct use of equipment is available for all members.  Please call in advance to schedule your orientation with Wellness Staff. 

Personal Training
Want to get in shape but don’t know how? Need a little extra motivation in your workouts? Need to maximize your workouts in the short amount of time you have? We have certified Personal that can work one-on-one with you to develop a personalized fitness program! Contact Anissa Chapman at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. On Site Day Care Service
As a member, onsite day care services are available for a maximum of 2 hours at the Y.  Minnie's Place and High 5 are available for the use of our members' children.  Both areas are supervised by trained staff and provides a safe place for your child(ren) while you are in the facility.  Children will play games, and have fun under the supervision of Y staff and volunteers. Advanced reservations are required for this service.  Please call the Membership Desk to make your reservation.

Guests
Members who would like to share their Y experience with friends or family may request a guest pass (one guest per person) from the Front Desk staff. Adult members are allowed two guest passes per year.  Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian present at all times when in the facility.
