IN THE WATER

Aquatic Fitness Classes

ABC (Aquatic Body Conditioning):  45 minute cardiovascular workout in the shallow end of theh warm pool.  Designed for all levels.

AQUA FLEX AND TONE: A warm water class involving broad movements of arms, legs, and torso.

aquaFIT: A shallow water workout in the warm pool.  Class will incorporate a variety of equipment designed to increase your heart rate and tone muscles.

BAT (Body Aquatic Toning):  45 minute class of light aerobic activity for beginners.  NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH SEVERE ARTHRITIS

INSTRUCTOR'S CHOICE:  A water fitness class of the instructor's choice. 

JOINTS IN MOTION: A low impact warm water workout.  Exercises are aimed at improving joint range of motion, reduce joint stiffiness and pain.  Great for beginners, participants with back pain, arthritis, or recovering from surgery.

WATER POWER HOUR:  A shallow water class in the cool pool.  Dumbells are used for toning.

WATER WAKE UP:  45 minute class of intense aerobic exercise in the deep water of the cool pool.  Flotation belts are used.
